Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses through the online shop of

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A business is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their trade, business, or profession.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not represent a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the “Place Order” button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your shopping cart. We will confirm receipt of your order by email without delay. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.

A contract is only concluded once we have expressly confirmed your order in writing (e.g., by email).

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices listed are final prices and include statutory VAT (where applicable).

Additional shipping costs apply. Shipping costs are variable and will be clearly displayed during the ordering process.

4. Delivery and Shipping Conditions

We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries where shipping is not possible for legal, logistical, or security reasons.

Orders are dispatched only on weekends. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and will be communicated during the ordering process or in the order confirmation.

5. Payment

Payments are processed via our payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The following payment methods are generally available (depending on availability during checkout): credit card, PayPal, Sofortüberweisung (Klarna), Giropay, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Payment is made exclusively via a secure, encrypted connection through Mollie.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. For details, please refer to our Withdrawal Policy.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

Claims for damages are excluded, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

This exclusion does not apply to claims resulting from injury to life, body, or health, or in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).

9. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or ceases prematurely, to contracts for the supply of

sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery (e.g., our sealed balloon packaging),
(in the future) digital content, where the consumer has expressly agreed that performance will begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has acknowledged that this agreement means they lose their right of withdrawal.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they habitually reside.

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships with businesses shall be the registered office of the company in Lebach, Germany.

11. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
